Welcome
We are a family run recruitment business located in London, UK. We specialise in Hospitality
and proud to operate as accredited recruiters by the Institute of Hospitality.
Our passion and commitment to the sector defines us, whether it be fundraising for industry charities
- by bungee jumping, abseiling, running and campaigning - to organising staff reward days
such as the London Hospitality Festival and Footy Vibes.

Established in 2000, we have grown our expertise and clients from senior management appointments primarily in London, to all skill levels throughout the UK and Europe.
As Hospitality recruiters, we are invested in the industry and care deeply about introducing new talent and retaining the workforce - therefore, with every successful candidate we place, we pay for their first year of membership to the Institute of Hospitality who provide essential support packages and benefits to help them
along their career path.
We have an extensive database and network of over 15,000 current Hospitality professionals. If you would
like our support in searching for superstar candidates, please feel free to contact us:

In the same way you would book your staff Christmas party venue in the winter, the London Hospitality Festival is the go-to staff party venue of the summer. Every year, the biggest names in hospitality get together to share an unforgettable day with their colleagues, friends and family.
This event provides a unique opportunity for the industry to reward and celebrate its staff, combining a music festival with team sports, charity fundraising and family entertainment - there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
The 2023 event aims to bring 2000+ Hospitality workers together from 100+ establishments across London.

Angels of the Nation appeal

During the height of Lockdown in 2020, business ceased to exist, instead we created an appeal asking the nation to join them in making and delivering angel statues to the families of NHS workers who have died during the pandemic. we hope this gift provides some comfort to these families and honour the memory of their loved ones as - Angels of the Nation.
The NHS has lost at least 181 courageous souls in their frontline efforts to overcome the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic. No words can ever bring them back but as a country we can come together to formally honour and forever remember them as - Angels of the Nation.
